Bridge type stone cutting machine MTBECNCESA-5AXIS, equipped with Italy CNC system ESA and 5 axis interpolation, is applicable for cutting all kind of stone slabs to size, such as granite, marble, quartzite and artifical stone slab etc. It combines fuctions of carving, milling, cutting, drilling, engraving into an organic whole for complex countertops processing.

Description
This is a newly MTBECNCESA-5AXIS bridge saw for stone cutting. We add a camera to automatically position plates. And the machine head can swing freely at 360°, which can cut and edge at any angle and shape for granite, marble, artificial stone, slate and other stone materials. Its maximum cutting length is 2800mm, maximum cutting widths is 1200mm, and maximum cutting thicknesses is 100mm. The worktable can tilt up to 80°and the spindle can rotate to 90° or 360°. So it gains popularity in slate application industry, prefabricated building industry, home decoration industry, etc.
Features
- The A axis can automatically rotate 0-90°, while the C axis can rotate up to 360°.
- It can take pictures to position stone plates, and can automatically plan the cutting path directly from the generated map, which greatly improves the processing efficiency.
- The overturned worktable is adopted, which has large overturning weight redundancy, up to 80°.
- Adopts a 11kw motor with high precision, it can complete circular cutting, square cutting, sector cutting, oval cutting, 45 miter cutting, drilling, external edge polishing, etc.
- The robotic system has a lift capacity of 75 kgs for stone slab moving.
- The 5-axis cutting head can miter and interpolate in any direction.
