The MTBSPC 500CNC (5+2A) (3623) is a high-performance cutting and polishing machine center designed for precision and efficiency in stone processing. It features a large working area of up to 3600 × 2300 mm, with a T-slot table compatible with vacuum cups for flexible material handling. Equipped with a powerful 22 kW main motor and an 18 kW tool motor, the machine delivers reliable performance across cutting, chamfering, and complex machining operations.
With a 5+2 axis configuration, including a rotating C-axis (±360°) and tilting A-axis (0°–90°), it ensures maximum versatility for intricate designs. The machine offers high-speed movement (up to 40 m/min on the X-axis) and precise control, supported by a robust structure and a total power of 55 kW. Designed for industrial use, it also includes efficient water consumption, strong suction capacity (up to 500 kg), and a durable build weighing 12 tons.

Two Worktable Areas
The machine has two worktable areas to meet different processing needs, and is equipped with three tool magazines and a suction cup fixing device

It has Two independent spindle heads for different processing conditions. 22kw main motor Blade for cutting, while 15kw electric spindle for milling, edge profiling.
With 22kw 5-Axis special permanent magnet motor
It’s with a 22kw Permanent Magnet Motor for line cutting, which can automatically adjusting the output power according to the thickness of work-pieces, which is 40% power-saving and environment-protective.

The laser thickness measuring gauge is to measure slab thickness, it will catch the height of the slab surface every 3mm along the processing paths, and buid database.
With An automatic Tool Setting Gauge
An automatic tool setting gauge is equipped that automatically checks the blade.
With an industrial computer and a touch-screen.
And it adopts Industrial touch-screen computer, it can connect to Wi-Fi and accept remote-linking from other computers, so data transmission, software upgrades and trouble-shooting can be done remotely .
With Auto Clamping system during Milling work
A group of rotating cylinders on the side of the work table will automatically press the plate when the milling cutter works and automatically withdraw after work.
Vein Matching Function
This Worktable can be Flipped over 85°, easy to load workpieces.
