Refund Eligibility:
If the product is unused, unopened, or in its original packaging, or if you order bridge saws,
air compressors, or any equipment that requires an order from a specific manufacturer,
within 7 days of the order date.
The customer can request a refund for parts or replacement parts up to 15 days from the
order date.
Conditions under which refunds are not allowed include orders for bridge saws, machines,
air compressors, or any equipment that requires an order from a specific manufacturer
after the manufacturer’s payment deadline, sale or clearance items.
Any cancellation after the above deadlines may be evaluated and, if accepted, will incur a
penalty of 30% of the invoice value.
Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or order number is usually required for a refund request.
Refund Process:
The customer must request a refund via email, customer support, or an online portal.
Whether the refund will be in the form of credit, original payment method, or store credit.
Restocking Fees:
A fee may be charged for returned items (e.g., a restocking fee for returned parts).
Exceptions:
Clear guidelines for any exceptions to the standard refund process (e.g., for damaged
products, defective products, or subscription services).
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for returning shipping costs if the product needs to be sent
back.
